The 2nd Winter European Youth Olympic Days (EYOD) were held in Andorra la Vella, Andorra, from 4-10 February 1995. Team Ireland competed at the 1995 Winter European Youth Olympic Days in Andorra la Vella, continuing Ireland's involvement in the winter edition of Europe's premier youth multi-sport festival.
Although Team Ireland did not win a medal, involvement in the event helped strengthen Ireland's developing winter sports programme.
