As we come to the end of a remarkable year, I want to extend my sincere thanks to everyone across the Olympic community for your support in 2025. It has been a big year, marked by brilliant representation from our athletes across all sports. Their performances, resilience, and commitment continue to inspire the nation. It was a pleasure to showcase and celebrate those achievements through our inaugural Olympic Sport Awards earlier this month.
Combined with the launch of our Team Ireland Foundation to support athletes on their journey, we go into 2026 with renewed focus and ambition for the future.
The achievements of the athletes are supported by the hard work and dedication of our National Federations, along with the ongoing backing of Sport Ireland. Their collaboration is central to helping us provide the strongest possible framework for Irish athletes to thrive.
Looking ahead, we are immensely grateful for the continued support of our title sponsor, Allianz, and our partners, whose commitment plays a vital role in preparing for the Games to come — from Milano Cortina in February to the journey toward the LA Olympic Games. We were delighted this year to announce a major renewal with McKeever Sport, and to welcome Spar / Eurospar and Fiat as new partners alongside Key Patent Innovations, Deloitte, and Flogas.
