Cooperation Agreement between OCI and The Polish Olympic Committee

The Polish Olympic Committee visited the headquarters of the Olympic Council of Ireland in Dublin today.  President  Andrzej Kraśnicki  and our President Patrick Hickey signed a cooperation agreement between both NOC’s  with the Polish NOC Secretary General Adam Krzesiński also in attendance.

Both NOC’s are happy to continue the excellent relationship to Rio and beyond.  The agreement will help both NOCs develop cooperation in the field of physical activity and sports, as well as promoting an understanding between athletes from both Countries.    It will encourage athletes’ exchange programmes between the national sports federations, with participation in competitions and exchange of coaches.
