Katie Taylor Ireland’s Flag Bearer

The Olympic Council of Ireland has selected four-times women’s world boxing champion Katie Taylor to be Ireland’s flag bearer at the Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games on Friday night next.
Kate will carry the Irish tricolour in front of Team Ireland and a worldwide audience of over 300 million people.
