In a partnership between the Olympic Council of Ireland and the Leadership Trust a group of Team Leaders have spent the past 3 days on a residential performance management course.
The Leadership Trust also assisted the professional development of our team leaders in the build up to Beijing 2008 and London 2012.
The Leadership Trust’s development services have been used by 50,000+ managers at all levels, including Board, covering all industry sectors as well as international.
They are a recognised leader in the field of experiential learning for leadership effectiveness; skilfully blending theory with practice to develop authentic, high performance leadership.
The initial beneficiaries in 2014 are coaches stepping into a team leader role:
