2025 marked a pivotal transition from planning to delivery for the Olympic Federation of Ireland, anchored by Team Ireland’s successful participation at the Winter Olympic Games in Milano Cortina and significant progress laying the foundation for LA 2028.

Commercially, the organisation strengthened its platform with record partnership growth and key new agreements. Beyond elite performance, the OFI advanced its Dare to Believe Schools Programme, launched the Team Ireland Foundation, and strengthened its public affairs engagement nationally and internationally.
