The Olympic Federation of Ireland (OFI) held its Annual General Meeting last night, where Members received an update on the organisation’s activities over the past year and were issued with the 2025–2026 Annual Report.
A key item of business was the approval of a Special Resolution to amend the OFI Constitution, following recommendations from the International Olympic Committee. The main change confirms that the OFI Athletes’ Commission, as a Full Member of the organisation, will now hold two votes at General Meetings. This amendment brings the OFI into full alignment with IOC guidelines. Additional housekeeping updates were also approved to ensure clarity and consistency across several constitutional articles.
The Annual Report, which outlines progress across governance, high performance, athlete support, commercial partnerships and operational activity, is now available to view online. A gallery of images from the AGM is also available here.
