Visit from the European Weightlifting Federation

The Olympic Council of Ireland recently had a visit from the European Weightlifting Federation (EWF) at their headquarters in Dublin. In attendance were Dr Antonio Urso, President of EWF, Marino Ercolani Casadei, Treasurer EWF, Colin Buckley Executive Board Member EWF along with the President of Weightlifting Ireland John McDaid. Pat Hickey President OCI and Kevin Kilty Treasurer OCI greeted the Weightlifting delegates in Howth. Dr Urso presented Pat Hickey with a silver plaque for his contribution to Weightlifting.
