Lisa Kearney, Paddy Barnes, and Michael Conlan experienced the X factor when they attended St Itas School, Belfast to promote the Prim-Ed schools resource pack.
It was a welcome break from their busy training programme and the staff and children were enthused by their presence.
Free Interactive Lesson Plan to Schools are available to encourage pupils to get involved in the excitement of the forthcoming games.
They have provided the You Tube Clip of Sonia O’Sullivan talking through the worksheet and about her role at the games.
Pupils can sit in class, watch the You Tube Clip with Sonia and then they complete the pages from the rsource pack.
Prim-Ed have recieved requests for the worksheets so that the Teacher can do the interactive lesson effectively bringing Sonia into the classroom with the pupils.

To celebrate the forthcoming Olympic Games in London 2012 we would like to provide schools with a lesson plan for Middle and Upper primary, incorporating a video clip by Olympic Silver Medalist and former World Champion Athlete, Sonia O’Sullivan along with a corresponding FREE worksheet from the Olympic resources to bring the magic of the Olympic Games into the classroom!
