Fourty Nine National Olympic delegations attended along with representatives from Vancouver 2010 (VANOC), London 2012 (LOCOG), World Anti Doping Association ( WADA), Sochi 2014, Singapore Youth Olympic Games( SYOGOC), and European Youth Olympic Organising Committees from Tampere ( 2009) and Trabazon (2011). The Olympic Council of Ireland were represented by CEO Stephen Martin and Secretary General Dermot Sherlock.
