IOC Opening Session Sochi

The opening of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) 126th Session took place in Sochi, Russia ahead of the Winter Olympic Games which will have their opening ceremony on 7th February.

Our President Pat Hickey was present at the Session in his capacity as Executive Board Member of IOC. President of Russia, Vladimir Putin welcomed the International Olympic Committee to Sochi. The two day session will end Friday and will focus on the Olympic Agenda under the new President Thomas Bach.
