The Irish team’s preparation for the London Olympics have received a major boost with the news that Ireland’s national airline, Aer Lingus has become a sponsor of the team and is now its official air travel partner.
This news has been widely welcomed and shows the level of national support that is building up behind Ireland’s campaign for medal success at the Games.
