BIOGRAPHY
Peter Connor competed in the men’s K-2 1000 metres canoe sprint at the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games alongside Declan Burns, finishing 4th in the semi-final.
A member of the Salmon Leap Canoe Club in Leixlip, Connor was part of the Irish flat-water canoe squad that prepared at the Richmond Club in London. Connor’s 4th in the semi-final was the best result of the Irish canoe sprint team at Seoul.
