Beijing Olympian Scott Evans world ranking improves

Scott Evans and Sam Magee took the bronze medal in the Yonex Czech Open doubles played in Bruno this weekend.  This was a first outing for Scott and Sam with Sam’s usual partner away at the Commonwealth Games.  They were narrowly beaten 21-19 in the 3rd set by the No 1 seeds Ellis/Mills from England. 

Scott won a Silver Medal in the Yonex Czech Open in Bruno, Czech Republic today.  En route he beat the World Junior Champion Viktor Axelsen (Denmark) in two sets and the European Circuit Final Champion Rune Ulsing in a terrific three set battle.  In the final he fought hard against Indian shuttler Ajay Jayaram but
