The OCI met with LOCOG officials in London, May 2nd, for their Pre Delelgation Meeting (DRM) following a series of preparation meetings with National Federation Performance leaders last week.
The Pre-DRM is an important step in the preparation of National Olympic Committee delegations for the London 2012 Olympic Games.Through this meeting the OCI and LOCOG will discuss a range of pre Games planning apsects such as athlete qualification, sports entries, sports schedules, accreditations, arrivals-departures, Games ceremonies, pre Games training, village accomodation allocation, transport, medical, protocol visits, athlete ticketing process, press operations, and anti doping matters.
