Olympic run day is set for June 22nd

The youngsters will take part in an Olympic Day Run in beautiful Howth, the Dublin suburban village that houses the headquarters of the Olympic Council of Ireland.

The Run is part of a world partnership between the IOC and the McDonalds restaurant chain and gives dozens of national Olympic committees the opportunity to spread the Olympic message to young people worldwide.

Over one million participants are expected to take part in Olympic Runs in over 160 countries this year.
