BIOGRAPHY

Beibhinn Parsons became the youngest player, male or female, to represent Ireland at senior rugby level, earning her first cap in 2018 at the age of 16.

She played in the women's rugby sevens tournament at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, where Ireland finished eighth on the team's first appearance at the Olympic Games. She sustained a broken fibula in the quarter-final against Australia and did not complete the tournament.

Parsons began playing rugby with Ballinasloe RFC on a mixed under-11 team, before a girls' team was established at the club. She is from Ballinasloe, County Galway.
