HSI report aims to improve "ineffective systems",

Horse Sport Ireland launched the conclusions of the Expert Group, chaired by Dr. Gordon Holmes, set up to look at measures to eradicate prohibited substances and practices from the Irish equestrian sector. The report comes on the back of positive medication cases involving horses ridden by Irish riders, two of which took place at the last two Olympic Games in Athens and Hong Kong.
