During lunch representatives from “Nations and Regions” lobbied National Olympic Committee officials about pre Games training opportunities in their regions across the UK.
After lunch the group left for a guided orientation drive through the Olympic Park complex, Olympic Village, and other sports stadia.
The Irish delegation consisted of Stephen Martin CEO, Martin Burke, Sports Director, and Sonia O’Sullivan OCI Executive Member.
