BIOGRAPHY

Marcus Lawler competed in the 200m at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, finishing 29th overall with a time of 20.73 seconds.

He secured a bronze medal in the 200 meters at the 2019 Summer Universiade in Naples, Italy, with a time of 20.55 seconds.

Marcus is the third fastest Irish man in history over both 200m and 100m. He set his personal best in the 200m of 20.40s at the Cork City Sports in 2018, while his pb of 10.30 seconds in the 100m was achieved in Regensburg in 2017.
