Chloe Watkins won more than 230 caps for Ireland and is best known for her shoot-out expertise, which featured in Ireland's run to the 2018 Women's Hockey World Cup final.
She played in the women's hockey tournament at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, where Ireland finished tenth.
Watkins comes from a hockey family: her father Gordon and brother Gareth both played for Ireland. She attended St Andrew's College in Dublin, captaining the school to a Leinster Senior Cup title in 2010, and made her senior debut in July 2010, weeks after her Leaving Certificate. She is from Monkstown, Dublin.
