Deirdre Duke

Deirdre Duke won an All-Ireland Under-14 Ladies Football Championship with Dublin in 2005 and played soccer for the Republic of Ireland at underage level before taking up hockey at 16, drawn by the prospect of competing at the Olympic Games.

She played in the women's hockey tournament at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, where Ireland finished tenth.

Duke attended Alexandra College and studied at University College Dublin. She is from Dublin.
