Vicky Elmes Kinlan was one of the youngest members of Team Ireland at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games at 21, playing in the women's rugby sevens tournament at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, where Ireland finished eighth on the team's first appearance at the Olympic Games.
A powerful tackler and ball carrier, she was drafted into the senior sevens squad after catching the eye in the Under-18 interprovincial series, and captain Lucy Rock described her as one of the best tacklers she had seen. She made her World Series debut in Langford, Canada.
She plays with Wicklow RFC and is from Rathnew, County Wicklow.
