BIOGRAPHY

Sarah Ennis made her Olympic debut at the 2020 Tokyo Games, finishing 36th individually with her horse, Woodcourt Garrison, and contributing to Ireland’s eighth-place team finish.

Ennis was selected to represent Ireland at the 2024 Paris Olympics with her horse, Action Lady M. However, after the cross-country phase, she withdrew prior to the show jumping phase.

Beyond the Olympics, Ennis achieved significant success at the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon, North Carolina, securing a team silver medal and placing fifth individually. At the 2017 European Championships, she contributed to Ireland’s fourth-place team finish and achieved seventh place individually.

Ennis began eventing at age 18 and has competed on over 60 horses for Ireland since 2002. She operates Stellor Sport Horses in Batterstown, County Meath, where she trains and develops eventing horses.
