Lydia Gurley

Lydia Gurley won European madison gold with Lydia Boylan in 2017, and the pair secured Ireland's track cycling places for the Tokyo Games by finishing 11th in the women's madison at the 2020 World Championships in Berlin, completing the race after Boylan was brought down in a crash.

She travelled to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games as a reserve for Ireland's women's track cycling team.

She is from Athenry, County Galway.
