Sarah Healy holds the Irish senior indoor records for both the 1,500 metres and 3,000 metres, set in the 2024 season, and has won European medals at Under-18, Under-20 and Under-23 level.
A two-time Olympian, she made her Olympic debut in the 1,500 metres at Tokyo 2020 at the age of 20, and competed in the same event at Paris 2024.
Healy broke numerous Irish underage records early in her career. She set an Irish Under-23 record at the 2023 World Championships, and a personal best of 2:00.86 for the outdoor 800 metres. She is from Monkstown, County Dublin.
