BIOGRAPHY

Jack was an individual 400m finalist at last year’s European U23 Championships (7th) where he set his PB in the semi-finals. He produced a brilliant finish to win his first national senior outdoor title this year, which sealed his place on the Mixed relay squad. He’s already been part of the squad that made the finals of the 2022 and 2023 World Championships. He is currently studying mechanical engineering at DCU and splitting the final year of his studies to accommodate his increased training load.
