BIOGRAPHY

Emily Kay represented Ireland in the women’s Madison event at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics alongside teammate Shannon McCurley.

Before switching allegiance to Ireland in 2019, Kay achieved success representing Great Britain and England, including a bronze medal in the Scratch race at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. As part of Team Ireland, she secured a bronze medal in the Omnium at the UCI World Cup in Milton in January 2020 and contributed to a bronze in the Team Pursuit at the 2021 European Track Championships.
