Daragh Walsh

Daragh Walsh played in the men's hockey tournament at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, where Ireland finished tenth - only the second time since independence that an Irish men's team had qualified, after Rio 2016.

He made his senior international debut in 2017 against Pakistan in Lisburn and was part of the 2018 World Cup squad in Bhubaneswar.

Walsh grew up playing several sports in Dublin before focusing on hockey in his mid-teens, drawn to it by the prospect of Olympic competition.
