Eimear Lambe won bronze in the women's coxless four at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, Ireland's first Olympic medal in women's rowing.
She returned as a two-time Olympian at Paris 2024, finishing seventh in the women's four.
Lambe comes from a rowing family: her older sister Claire was part of the first Irish women's crew to reach an Olympic final, at Rio 2016. She raced at the Youth Olympic Games as a teenager, went on to win World Under-23 silver, and has won two European medals. She is from Cabra in Dublin.
