BIOGRAPHY
Peter Brown represented Ireland in the men’s hockey tournament at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
A midfielder from Banbridge, Co. Down, Brown made his senior international debut in 2013 and had accumulated 43 caps by the time of the Games. He is one of Banbridge HC’s most decorated players, winning nine major domestic titles with the club – three each of the Irish EY League, Irish Senior Cup and Champions Trophy – and has represented the club four times in the Euro Hockey League. He attended Queen’s University Belfast and University College Dublin and works as a project manager.
Among his proudest moments was Banbridge hosting an EHL group stage, beating the French champions and drawing with the Belgian champions to reach the last 16.
