Kelly McGrory is a five-time Irish 400 metres hurdles champion with a personal best of 57.10 seconds.
She made her Olympic debut at Paris 2024 in the women's 4x400 metres relay, running in the heat alongside Sophie Becker, Phil Healy and Sharlene Mawdsley in 3:25.05 to qualify for the final. It was the first time an Irish women's 4x400 metres relay team had reached an Olympic final.
She holds a sports science degree from Dublin City University and is from Laghy, County Donegal.
