BIOGRAPHY

Catriona Cuddihy was a member of the Ireland women’s 4×400 metres relay squad at the 2012 London Olympic Games, although she did not run in the heats or the final.

The team reached the final and finished 6th in a season’s best time.

From Kilkenny, Cuddihy is a member of Kilkenny City Harriers and is the younger sister of Joanne Cuddihy, who set the Irish 400 metres record of 50.73 seconds in Osaka in 2007.

Catriona trained in Australia in the lead-up to the Games and was a regular member of the Irish relay squad at European and international level.
