Aoife O’Rourke competed at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games in boxing in the women’s middleweight division.

O’Rourke is from Castlerea, County Roscommon and developed her career through the Irish amateur boxing system with Castlerea Boxing Club.

Career highlights include winning gold medals at the European Championships in 2022 and 2024 and representing Ireland at World Championships and major international boxing competitions.
